Duties:

Dahill is searching for experienced B2B sales professionals for our Rio Grande Valley Branch.

Business Development Specialists are responsible for:

  • Responsible for selling and introducing Dahill product line to customers and prospects in designated territory.
  • Sell software and hardware solutions to solve customer document workflow issues.  
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales quota by consistently performing required daily/weekly activities necessary to build robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Complete customer needs analysis, draft proposals, and provide product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Keeps prospects informed about avaiable services, supplies, prices and new products.

This position works closely with Branch Sales Manager to expand business and establish new customers while interacting with exisiting customers to increase sales of Dahill products and/or services.

 

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who excel in a fast paced, highly competitive sales environment.

  • Be self motivated, energetic and customer focused.
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn new product knowledge and verbally communicate it to customers.
  • Successful in generating business leads via cold calling, visits, and other methods.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Have reliable transportation.

Preferred:

  • Hold BS/BA in Business or related field and/or 2-4 years outside sales experience.
  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Prior office products, technology/wireless sales or similar industry experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English
